What is health insurance like at Enterprise Holdings?

Pros

The employees are great and it is awesome to work on strong, legacy brands for a private company that was built in St. Louis and has continued here. Taylor family is great.

Cons

Benefits leave much to be desired! The pay is barely competitive and HR rarely reviews the ranges. The health insurance is expensive, and doesn't cover a lot - no fertility benefits for women, in a company that is on its second female CEO. There is 401k match but only 3% which is pretty low, and you aren’t fully vested until 6 years, which is significantly longer than any other company I’ve worked for. Time off is low until you’ve been there 5 years. Just now instituting a 1 volunteer day policy, where most have 3-5 and have had in place for years. No assistance in childcare, gym, etc. No flexibility on working from home pre-COVID. Gave paycuts to six figure+ salaries because of COVID, then paid them back in full (so zero lost wages) while employees are still furloughed and thousands had been laid off.
