What is health insurance like at Exclaimer?

Pros

I've worked for Exclaimer for a few years now and in that time it's grown from B2B Software Vendor into the Market Leader for email signatures as a SAAS organization. Everyone has a voice and it feels like I'm making a real difference. Salary is fair and the benefits have recently improved considerably in line with other organizations in the technology sector with support for mental health during trying times with the pandemic. It really feels like Exclaimer is investing in their people and I thank them for it. The company is seeing rapid growth which brings about both interesting challenges and opportunities if you work hard and put yourself forward, it's an exciting time and there's always something new to sink your teeth into. Celebrating each other's success is something we focus on and we frequently cheer on each other, my colleagues are always willing to assist with any questions and are experts in their field.

Cons

Nothing major springs to mind but I'd like to see a shift in culture to a customer-centric focus even with non-customer facing teams going forward, I feel it's in the works though so it's not a huge concern.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing and trust your members of staff to make the right decisions.

Salary is fair and the benefits have recently improved considerably in line with other organizations in the technology sector with support for mental health during trying times with the pandemic.

Does Exclaimer offer relocation assistance?

Pros

Agile scrum with continuous improvement strongly built into the culture - be the change you seek. Staff are the companies most important asset, and they know it. Training and personal improvement is constanty available, routinely encouraged, and at your own pace. You are rewarded for the quality of your work. Everyone helps everyone else, everyone is part of the process, and everyone is empowered to make changes. An entire week, 4 times a year, to do, learn, code or test anything you have an interest in (as long as it provides some value to Exclaimer, even if that's just your own education).

Cons

Parking is covered, but may not be as close as you would like. Benefits package needs improvement (but is improving). Learning curve is quite steep for new members of the Engineering team, but improving.

Advice to Management

Keep evolving by listening to, and working with your teams. Roll out the processes and improvements (which work) to all other part of the company. Improve the benefits package.

You work with people who are true experts in their individual fields, creating a great working environment to be a part of. Its product suite is world-leading and used by many companies around the world. The company is truly committed to all of its employees' development, and offers a number of benefits such as gym discounts, personal pension plan, generous holiday allowance, shared parental leave and so much more. New benefits are being added all the time. The company is going through a rapid period of growth, which makes it really exciting to be a part of. The UK team has recently moved to a brand new office on the Farnborough Business Park; an office that is modern and really reflects the company's position as a modern tech company. Exclaimer also has offices located in Miami and Hoorn in the Netherlands, making it a truly international company.

The growth of the company means you will have to be able to adapt to change quickly. This is one of the reasons why the company is such an exciting place to work though, and so many positive changes have been implemented over the last 2-3 years.

The company is truly committed to all of its employees' development, and offers a number of benefits such as gym discounts, personal pension plan, generous holiday allowance, shared parental leave and so much more.
