What is working from home like at Exclaimer?
Pros
Plenty of freedom to grow and improve. With the rapid growth you can feel like the work you put in is really making a difference, and there's plenty of career opportunity too. There's a very friendly environment that brings out the best in people and the management team are all approachable. Flexibility it also good, with working from home and flexible hours available.
Cons
Benefits have definitely improved over the past few years but still have room for improvement. Communication could be better as a whole, although this has also improved a lot. There's plenty of changes to come though which is great news.

How is the work/life balance at Exclaimer?
Pros
Growing and evolving company with a clear business vision. Company actively reacts to the market in order to keep its position as the leader in email signature solutions. Marketing team is constantly encouraged to bring new, fresh and forward-thinking ideas. Creativity and enthusiasm are rewarded with strong professional growth and in the salary package. The working environment is very modern and functional, based in a buzzing business park. The company allows all its employees to work flexibly and gives you a healthy work-life balance.
Cons
Although the company tries to reduce stress at the work, some departments can experience it when it comes to meeting deadlines. Management sometimes changes quickly, which has the effect of slowing the business down. There isn't an official company benefit scheme, but this is improving.
Advice to Management
Management should react quicker on filling vacant positions once someone has left the company. Each employee should have a job title which reflects their work and role within the company.
