What is health insurance like at FlexPay?

Pros

- A modern organization that not only broke the bounds of traditional business hierarchy but strives to have strong internal communication to each and single member of the TRC team - Weekly updates and open discussion on company business in the form of a snack and share - Company newsletter - Discussion of employees concerns and how to make employees happy—from work to culture - The TRC business model is perfect, there are no micro-managers and everyone is trusted and treated like equals - For hardworking people who are tired of being treated like they are disposable and not valued, Tungsten and its culture is the place for you - The CEO, Darryl Hicks, is one of the most humble, intelligent and insightful person I have ever met—it is a true honor being able to work and learn from him - The open-door policy allowing TRC staff to communicate openly and freely to everyone, no matter your ranking in the company—from the CEO to COO, your concerns and random thoughts are valued and cultivated - Never a dull moment, this company is for those who enjoy being active, both physically and cognitively - “Bright ideas” is not another meaningless company slogan, it is shown every day in our office and makes employees feel proud to work with such brilliant minds - Learning at TRC is always growing and expanding, making yourself question how processes are done and ways to improve in efficiency - Benefits…where to start due to an overwhelming of incredible benefits the company offers - Unlimited paid vacations and sick days - Flexible working hours- no one is monitoring employee’s hours, they are trusted to get their work done and proceed with the rest of their day as they like! - Best health insurance plan around - Amazing discount on monthly metro/bus pass - Different work out activities daily for anyone who wants to participate - Company events, outings and lunches—always changing, always interesting - And so much more - If you are so lucky to work here, you would never choose to leave

How are senior leaders perceived at FlexPay?

Pros

There is a place called FlexPay were people are trusted and free to manage their knowledge to bring value to the enterprise. High flexibility for your personal schedule, and no question asked. It's motivating to work in an enterprise where you can feel the success, and where the CEO is pretty transparent. We always improve what we are doing and we succeed !

Cons

Nothing really negative to mention here !

How is the work/life balance at FlexPay?

Pros

Very cooperative working environment - from Management to entry level employee, great corporate culture and communication channels, good work life balance as long as you get the jobs done

Cons

Detailed employee annual review should be implemented which based on everyone's performance level
