Pros

The reason I loved working at Flow Caritas was the flexibility of work as I am self employed it made it easier for me to choose when i wanted to work. The team are very friendly and understanding environment.

Cons

Door to door fundraising was hard especially when getting to areas far out, when the weather is hot in summer.

Advice to Management
