Does Forcepoint offer healthcare cash plans?
Pros
200 hours of PTO upfront (includes sick/vacation time) friendly co-workers bagels on Fridays next to a pretty lake so you can take breaks and walk around it (not in tech support though. no time for breaks) awesome holiday party company contributes to 401(k) and HSA
Cons
There's a high turnover rate in the Tech Support department. Jobs are being moved to India to save money. It's very understaffed. You can finish up a call with a customer and in less than 5 minutes the managers will be asking you to take another call from an upset customer. Customer satisfaction has gone down due to poor upper management (customer use to have to wait 5 minutes to talk to a tech. now they wait hours or sometimes days now) and they will use this as an excuse to not give raises/promotions to current staff. Managers instead hire externally and give new hires better pay which leads to conflict between legacy staff/new hires. There is adequate training at the beginning but afterwards you do not receive training at all for new products/versions and you are expected to do this outside work hours.
Advice to Management
take ownership of customer dissatisfaction instead of blaming techs for low CSAT. promote from within

What is the retirement plan like at Forcepoint?
Pros
I been working at Forcpoint for about 10 months now. There are many individuals working for this company that have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. Everyone is focus on the goal of the company and work well together to achieve. Leadership is amazing and message of the company is clear to all.
Cons
Health benefits could be better and I don’t like how the 401k match happens at the end of year.

Does Forcepoint have a sabbatical or career break policy?
Pros
Company has been very flexible with work since the start of Covid-19.
Cons
Management has made it quite clear they are willing to sacrifice employee benefits so they can meet their goals. 3 years ago: They reduced the 401k benefit. 2 years ago: They reduced all raises, cancelled any promotions, etc. This year: They cancelled all 401k matching till 2022. After 5 years of telling us we would get a sabbatical leave they cancelled it a few months before anyone would be eligible. They use the pandemic as an excuse while the numbers show the company is doing quite well. Note: They did all this while giving big bonus' to upper management. That's not cool. I would think twice before starting to work here. It's sad when you lose trust in your leaders. I wish I had started a career with a different company.
Advice to Management
Sorry, I don't have any faith they'd listen.
