How are senior leaders perceived at Frank Hirth?

Pros

I work in the London office. The culture at Frank Hirth is open and transparent. We are given opportunities to thrive and develop as professionals, and the leaders listen to the staff (sometimes too much) and genuinely try to change and adapt to make the firm a better place to work. Every member of staff is valued and it is the people that make me want to come into work every day. The training offered to staff at all levels is amazing. The work-life balance is very good, I'm able to flex my working day to fit around events going on outside of work.

Cons

The office décor is a bit dull

Advice to Management

Be prepared to appraise and challenge each other.

How is management perceived at Frank Hirth?

Pros

- Good graduate scheme - Nice, modernish office

Cons

- Very hierarchical - Once trained, expected to know everything - don't feel allowed to ask questions - Bullying culture - HR team control everything, get on with them or don't get on - Lots of micro-management - Often lack of work so left twiddling thumbs -My line manager was useless, rather than speak to me they would send a generic email and you had to decipher what they mean

Advice to Management

Consider those staff who may be lower down the pecking order. HR team has a high turnover so don't let them control everything.
