How is the office food at Frank Hirth?

Pros

- There is lots of training available for staff to grow professionally. Surrounded by hardworking professionals keen to get things done. - The Graduate scheme is really good - There are some great people that work here - Free fruit and lunch provided for some lunch and learn training sessions

Cons

- There needs to be more 'we' language and less 'us' and 'them' within the firm to create a better corporate environment, while also reminding people that we are on the same team. - There is a deadly silent atmosphere in the office at times it can feel intense like people are silently getting on but there are unspoken things. I can't put my finger on it but something is a bit off.

Advice to Management

Encourage open conversations with staff at all levels to ensure good feedback and points of improvement are heard.

What are working conditions like at Frank Hirth?

Pros

I work in the London office. The culture at Frank Hirth is open and transparent. We are given opportunities to thrive and develop as professionals, and the leaders listen to the staff (sometimes too much) and genuinely try to change and adapt to make the firm a better place to work. Every member of staff is valued and it is the people that make me want to come into work every day. The training offered to staff at all levels is amazing. The work-life balance is very good, I'm able to flex my working day to fit around events going on outside of work.

Cons

The office décor is a bit dull

Advice to Management

Be prepared to appraise and challenge each other.
