Pros
A few good employees who understand how to work in a team and are solid in the insurance industry.
Cons
Some peer employees are bullies even though they have only met you on the telephone and know nothing about your skills. Worry warts about what the investigator actually charges and what they Think should be charged. Running a "Goodwill" work environment. Very cheap when it comes to any perk for the employee and a culture of just suck it up instead of the management skills to utilize employees of other areas who have no work to assist when other regions are overloaded. It' not Majic, it is called Management!
Advice to Management
Get rid of the good old boy style and rework the internal management, the claim managers and the back bone of the operation (the investigators) so each employee is on a level field of respect, pay and work level. Quit talking behind other employees back's negatively and find ways to utilize all employees to their full potential which will benefit the org.
