How is the work/life balance at G4S Compliance & Investigations?

Pros

Can make pretty good entry level money Some days are shorter than others Essentially, own boss Paid to travel to places Company Gas Card

Cons

Heavy Workload Sit in car all day Own Vehicle miles used No set schedule One corporate office (in Raleigh)

Advice to Management

More interconnection with employees will reduce in confusion to management.

What is overtime like at G4S Compliance & Investigations?

Pros

decent pay with all the allowances. Pay is on time and accurate. All travel, gas, and case expenses paid for. a lot of overtime available. If you can handle report writing, you won't have a problem.

Cons

Limited days off. Schedule is 12 days on, two days off. Routinely work 60+ hours weekly Case Managers micro manage your investigations. Not a lot of family time.

Advice to Management

More time off for Investigators, and make overtime optional.

- Overtime pay - Management works to see you succeed - opportunity to move up - Does not micro manage you in the field - company phone, company card

Cons

- 10 days on 2 days off - 12+ hour days sometimes - No flexibility with schedule - use your own car
