Fantastic and supportive leaders who care about their people!

The company does everything it says its going to do and more. We work hard and play harder. Incentives, time off, fam trips, global awards, yearly conferences to exciting destinations that we sell. Flexibility, great benefits and time off. Leadership is honest and forthcoming, nothing is sugar coated. They tell it like it is and keep expectations real. There is an internal "facebook" where thoughts and ideas can be shared with your co-workers across the globe. It is pretty amazing.

High season can be stressful so you have to pace yourself and go with the flow.

Keep up the great work! Small note - Next high season staffing levels needs to be better as customers are complaining about the hold time. It's great we are busy!

Low pay, any incentive that seems to work, they take away from you. Mandatory meetings out of town. If you don't go, you're labeled "not a team player". Micromanaged, petty upper management, backstabbing, little or no chance of advancement unless you're not American. Discrimination and harassment within the company. Would give a "0" rating if it were possible.

Drain the swamp, start over, if it's not too late.

Decent Travel discount opportunities such as Fam trips, many paid days off. I enjoyed working with the employees around me, we all worked hard together and when we had the chance had good laughs.

Low pay, low level employees are manipulated into taking the blame for things beyond their control. Management will force a person to take negatives, so their numbers look better. HR is merely a system of Mediation and has no actual power. It is a call center so you must be logged in the phones at all times, expect to stay at the office 30 minutes to an hour after your shift has ended. To make commission you will also want to spend an extra 30 minutes to an hour before or after you shift to follow up with agents.

Respect the employees who make it through training. Your company spends thousands of dollars to train these employees; especially if there numbers were progressing. Take a look at your management, over 12 people have left one team within a year. As for HR, they need to question the entirety of the staff and not just the managers about issues in the workplace. It is not acceptable to think your managers should be allowed to force negatives on their sales team if clients decide to miss transfers, excursions, etc. A team leader should have integrity, compassion and patience with their team. Instead of pointing fingers Team Leaders need to try to understand what happened and work with their team members.

Nice office, travel industry is interesting

Party culture is suited for 20 year olds.

Don’t push the boozing so much. Let people know this is actually a call center, not a true sales position. Let the sales staff sell, not do 40 other administrative tasks while selling.
