What is health insurance like at GTL?

Pros

Generally fair compensation, Poor insurance benefits, no bonuses or incentives.

Cons

Poor management, to many VPs. Easily pass over long time dedicated employees for new hires with very little experience and knowledge of products and infrastructure.

Advice to Management

Take into consideration existing loyal employees instead of buying into all the smoke and mirrors from employees that were consumed in mergers.

Does GTL offer malpractice insurance?

Nothing good left in the company

Lousy insurance, barely any overtime, nothing good left in the company

LISTEN to the Techs. They are the face and reps of GTL. They are the ones who see and hear what the customer wants. Stop taking everything good away.

What kind of career opportunities exist at GTL?

Micromanagement No room for advancement Management is non-existent No clear rules for employees/clients

Advice to Management

You need a whole need management team that will care for their employees and who take the time to give clear and specific guidance regarding company policies, rules and that don't make up rules as they go along. Management in place is shady. For a communication company the communication between management and employees is almost non-existent. Management is constantly asking for contracted employees to engage in conduct that is not in the best interest of the their clients. This is the worst company that I have ever worked for, just AWFUL! Management has not loyalty to hard working employees and just view you as just a body in a seat and completely interchangeable with anybody off the street.
