How are the career development opportunities at Gaming Laboratories International?

Pros

For the work that you do, the pay is decent. That doesn't mean it is good pay, it just means it could be a lot lower at other places. 50k / year to test games and fill out excel sheets, word documents, etc.. , is not too bad.

Cons

-Mind numbing work testing games and following test cases -They should really rename this position to "Manual Tester", there is no real "engineering" involved in this job -No opportunity to develop/improve testing processes and procedures -The work is very "self" focused, there is little to no social interaction in the office

-No opportunity to develop/improve testing processes and procedures
