What is the company culture like at GloriaFood?

Pros

Awesome team, great company culture, top product! GloriaFood has a very nice working environment. Located in the city centre at TechHub Bucharest, it's one of the distinctive companies at the co-working space. Friendly team, hard-working and dedicated, GloriaFood is providing a polished product and great customer experience. Occasional parties are great and something not to be missed! Although I haven't been directly employed we've been sharing same space for almost 3 years now. Highly recommended!

Cons

I see no downsides so far

What is the hiring process like at GloriaFood?

Pros

I didn't get to work so far with Gloria Food, but I found their recruiting process really fair because: * I got from the very beginning all the information regarding dates, employment testing and possible income (the later is a tricky aspect sometimes in Romania when one must guess the employer's budget and eventually find out at the end of the recruitment process if the job provides the necessary amount for the basic survival); *The evaluation of the test was not subjected to mumbo-jumbo or one-sided means of interpretation; *Accurate briefs with explanations and examples.

Cons

I didn't get to know much about Gloria Food, so no negative aspects to mention.
