Is Goodman Masson a good company to work for?

Pros

Excellent benefits Young company and good working environment Good clients Great for a first role in recruitment

Cons

Too many alcohol fueled nights out The company parties like no other -not in a good way I felt excluded because I wasn't keen on getting ruined every Thursday

Advice to Management

Be more inclusive. Employees should be valued whether they participate or not in social actvities
