Does HSBC Holdings offer dental insurance?

Pros

Good benefits in terms of salary, medical coverage, paid leaves, etc

Cons

Rigid organisation as same as other huge enterprises - it can take ages to get a simple thing done Bullying culture does exist in teams or even in your own internal group People are just trying to keep their job secure - no one would think big or plan for a long term development Long working hours - especially the cross-region / cross-team projects

Advice to Management

Don’t make the useless and harmful changes to the organisation - the so-called transformation is just blowing up the wave and shaking the sinking boat. Think deep from the bottom of your heart - what would really do good to the bank, keep the talented employees stay and find themselves useful here. People are getting disappointed from time to time when we all hope things will be getting better but we were just spending huge time and effort to chase our tails. Anything happened? Nope, nothing changes...
