How are senior leaders perceived at Haines Watts?

Pros

If you’re popular with the senior management (not in the ‘doing a great job’ kind of way, but more because someone in your family owns a business they are going after or you’re an attractive young woman) I’m sure you could do well here.

Cons

I plead with anyone reading this, especially young women, to stay as far away from this company as possible. The company has such a bad reputation that they are having to retain senior management who have been struck off for ‘losing’ client money, because they cannot attract honest and decent staff. Haines Watts have senior management staff who are mysogonistic and not afraid to show it. Partners have incredibly inappropriate relationships with young female staff members who get paid a whole lot more than those who choose to remain professional. The most horrific job I’ve ever had, and the only positive is that I am so grateful for the job I have now.
