Does Hal Leonard offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

The absolute best reason to work here is the coworkers. On a personal level, everyone is a pleasure to be around.

Cons

Gender pay gap, expensive insurance, non competitive PTO, outdated equipment, limited opportunities for career advancement, not challenging, not transparent. Additionally there’s no legit Human Resources department which is not ideal because department heads are left to handle inter office issues which often allows inappropriate behavior to go unchecked.
