Pros

Great way to get into the industry, as they offer an academy for adults wanting to change career path, every shop has two apprentices.

Cons

Bad money. Bad management. Everything is micromanaged. Year bonus is a 2% after £65k worth of profit made for the company.

Good environment Supportive staff Regular overtime Flexibility with shifts Pay is good

Phone lines can be difficult to manage due to high volume or calls during busy periods
