Pros

they have a garden party for free

Cons

- Very little recognition - Salary was fairly low - Expected overtime, travelling & extra hours spent in the office or away from home included without any overtime pay or lieu - Poor management - It's very cliquey - Senior members of staff don't communicate, their ways of dealing with issues are just to upset people, scream and shout and be passive aggressive in the office creating a negative atmosphere - poor organisation - treat younger people/people in junior positions poorly, like they are beneath them and not worth it

Advice to Management

Be more organised, treat your staff better and think about paying people fairly.
