What are sales commissions like at Hays Travel?

Pros

Lovely head office staff, alright benefits once understood

Cons

Some managers don’t have any people skills, pay is EXTREMELY low, lowest paid travel job I’ve had. Not as much room to grow as promised. Unacommodating for days off. Roster patterns make no sense. Low holiday allowance. Commission isn’t good, very low commission amounts and difficult to wrap your head round what you actually earn. Rules and regulations constantly changing
