Does there seem to be diversity at Highmark Health?

Pros

Salary and bonus incentive for management are competitive

Cons

Bloated, top heavy executive team that has zero alignment on shared goals. Executives are encouraged to micromanage and utilize threats to push employees. Facade of caring about diversity and inclusion where reality is HR leader perpetuates favoritism and borderline illegal hiring/internal development protocols. New enterprise living health goal is a failure with leaders publicly denouncing the idea. No respect or signs of understanding for employees struggling with current working arrangements

Advice to Management

Stop promoting inept managers. Stop rewarding leaders that threaten their workers if they don’t score high on Gallup. Stop seeking leaders that do not communicate with team
