Good overall employee benefit package

Unrealistic expectations and Management targets and sets people up for failure - Upper Management ignores the employees.

Advice to Management

When a manager starts with 20 on their team and is down to 6 in less than 6 months there is a problem Not related to the employees - you need to listen before you lose good people.

Cons

Company operates like a good old boys club, and male leaders are supported by HR no matter WHAT they do to or how they treat women. Men are allowed to commit serious code of conduct violations and the company turns a blind eye. If you try to speak up, you will be retaliated against, ostracized, stripped of your work, dignity and bonus.

Advice to Management

Management can refrain from treating women as second class citizens, spreading rumors, lying to HR, gas lighting their direct reports, retaliating against employees and not taking seriously reports of sexual misconduct.
