What is the hiring process like at Hippo?

Pros

Friendly atmosphere with good opportunities to develop, and funding for additional training.

Cons

The management structure in place is not robust, and at times can leave you feeling unsupported and ignored. The growth of Hippo over the last few years is noticeable, and comes with the downside of the company (mainly HR/management) not being ready for this influx of new employees. Additionally, the onboarding process is, in my eyes, not enough.
