Are transfers to other offices possible with Hitachi Rail?

Pros

Nice people, interesting work if you like rail, opportunities to do genuinely fun work.

Cons

Abysmal IT that actively hindered progress. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and detached Japanese colleagues that do not like working with you. Almost no document management, including the inability to find critical documents produced in the safety and approvals process. Very little engineering for an engineering company

Advice to Management

Fix the relationship with Japan, fix the archaic IT department, let people innovate.

Nice people, interesting work if you like rail, opportunities to do genuinely fun work.
