What is working from home like at Huler?

Pros

Several pros of working here including: -Great work-life balance -Emotionally intelligent leadership -Flexible working -Wonderful HR team -Regular 1 to 1s / Support -Colleagues appreciate and listen to your input -Lovely team who are genuinely keen to offer help -Great training and development opportunities Genuinely the best company I've ever worked for, they care about their staff in ways beyond your employment. They really care for their staff on a personal level, and as mentioned above listen to everyone's input, no matter how long you have been there. The flexible working element goes beyond the standard 'Start earlier, finish earlier' you can work from the office however much you want or if you want to work from home you can do that too.

Cons

I cant think of any

Does Huler reimburse for mileage?

Pros

Everyone is hardworking and motivated to produce the best Everyone is super friendly with one another and love to have a chat The offices are nice and modern and the kitchen comes loaded with a super fancy coffee machine ( Which I need sometimes in the morning )

Cons

Before lockdown when the offices were full the car park became quite cramped and some employees had to park down the road but the company paid for us to park there. This isn't a negative, more a nit pick
