Has improved as a business since first started two years ago. Have taken employee feedback on board. Issued company laptops for all employees and have added extra holidays. Great working environment. Employees really make a difference. Opportunities for movement around the company.

Cons

The wage is the biggest downfall of the company. There's a lot of wage gaps within the business, even people within departments are on uneven pay, and for the jobs we do, we are paid way below average.

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at IESA?

Pros

It pays the bills and most of the staff are nice.

Cons

No structured training It's all about the savings No sick pay No support from the management Head office get all the perks but nothing for the various remote stores teams. Remote stores teams feel isolated and under valued.

Advice to Management

Treat your remote stores teams better as they feel excluded from the events at head office, these teams are the key point of contact with your customers, have an funded annual get together. A bunus scheme would be good based on the savings made by the team.

Are transfers to other offices possible with IESA?

Pros

During my 2 years at IESA i've met many friendly people and worked closely with them, they have been amazing to get to know and i've enjoyed every minute of working with them. My manager was one of the best i've worked for in a long time, always willing to help and speak to no matter what it was about (personal or working issues) the upper management team have been really friendly and great to interact with (keep up the great work) this is a fast paced company and you will never be bored - there are lots of opportunities to move up within the company or to learn something new i learnt more in 2 years at IESA compared to other companies which would have taken a lot longer to learn these specific things in.

Cons

none that i can think of...
