Worked like a dog top brass get the cash, normals who do the work get basically nothing in comparison to the affiliated USA company, no sick pay, no decent salary for the amount of work you have to do, lots of leavers due to false promises

Honestly one of the worst places to work, I will be out as soon as i can now the job markets are opening up more. Workload is ridiculous felt obligated to work ridiculous hours in the night, through your lunch and over the weekends without pay and are shut down when you mention working overtime as you weren't asked to. But you are then criticised for not meeting targets as the team is understaffed and there is no recruitment ongoing to help you out. I refuse to work a second more than my required hours now. The management are childish and play favourites within the team. Some people are genuinely working at 110% and putting all their effort in and others just skate on by on not even the bare minimum without a word from management The more work you do the more you are expected to take on to cover the individuals that dont pull their weight. Tried raising this in 121s but its been dismissed. Spoke with HR but the management seem untouchable. Management care more about your personal life than your work insinuating something is going on between you and another employee as you are friends outside of work bonded by your mutual hatred of the place. Reading the good reviews on here actually makes you laugh as I know they will have been asked to put a good one on just like I have which in turn made me want to speak about what the place is really like. All the reviews where they say it is toxic is true. If you have a choice to work somewhere else do it.
