How are senior leaders perceived at Imaginasia Management Services?

Pros

Work from home is encouraged and accepted Most of your peers are very friendly

Cons

No job security - new full timers are let go after less than a year - may as well take a 6 month contract instead. No career opportunities as the best roles always go external Constant restructures to remove head count every 6 months create lots of anguish back home New managers treat older staff like they are hopeless, are often condescending and some senior leaders just plain lie to their staff

Advice to Management

do something and stick to it stop treating your workers like they are worthless - the company was market leader in the past too
