None, this place is lacking in structure, competence and treats engineers very poorly

Management is terrible, projects are not organised and unethically managed. No REAL experience can be gained, the level of engineering is below standard and botched. A bad culture of depressing menial work. Stay away from this place, the good reviews are fake!
