Is Instrumental a good company to work for?

Pros

• Instrumental have created an incredible product with TalentAI which is revolutionising the way Record Labels sign and track artists • The level of interest within the music industry is exceptionally high so it is an amazing opportunity for anyone in business development or marketing • Startup freedom with the benefit of substantial investment allows every employee to be entrepreneurial and make a name for themselves, whilst having far greater support than they normally would in a similar sized company • Excellent working environment with great people and support • A genuinely fun place to work, more akin to a family atmosphere than a corporate one • Working with record labels is incredibly fun, with many perks • Feels like you are part of something special. Imagine working for Google, LinkedIn or Amazon as they were taking off but in the music industry

Cons

• Currently TalentAI is still in its inception, with many record labels signing up every week. If you are looking for a new position, now is the best time to join and make your mark within the company and music industry. This may not be the case in 12 months as Instrumental will be significantly larger due to ever increasing investment and growth.

• Excellent working environment with great people and support
