Does Intelligent Growth Solutions have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

- Excellent support both in terms of work and personal life before, during and after the COVID lockdown months. - Very good mentoring and teaching from Senior Engineers. - Overall good company atmosphere, friendly and open. - Always encouraged by management at all levels, never made to feel small or insignificant.

Cons

Some interdepartmental communication issues at the start of lockdown - although the sudden shift to remote working was handled well

Advice to Management

I've loved the openness, honesty and transparency from the start and am sure it will continue as we grow

- Very good mentoring and teaching from Senior Engineers.

How is management perceived at Intelligent Growth Solutions?

Pros

Genuinely exciting sector, with a team that has both the knowledge, innovative approach and enthusiasm to drive it forward. The experienced and committed senior management team has emphasised the importance of collaboration to drive success. Currently a relatively small team, looking to grow quickly with the best talent. Opportunity to think and deliver outside-the-box.

Cons

A small team can make resource a challenge at times, but this will change as the team grows.

Advice to Management

Continue to embrace the innovative and outside-the-box thinking that a new business in an emerging sector requires, whilst harnessing the senior management experience and attention to commercial process that is showing such momentum.

Pros

Great team, constantly innovating and working towards making something great Experienced management providing focused goals and leading by example Openly collaborative culture

Cons

There have been some challenging times, but new management is bringing a clear purpose and endevouring to make IGS a great place to work.

Advice to Management

Keep the core team engaged and rewarded- they have laid the foundations for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

What is the company culture like at Intelligent Growth Solutions?

Pros

IGS has a great work mentality as a full team, an amazing culture and a very modern approach to the workplace. COVID was handled very well and the company has continued to make employees health and wellbeing its No1 priority. Its great to be working for a company that is making a positive impact towards a better world.

Cons

Nothing at present that I believe is worth listing as most problems are resolved well and efficiently.

IGS has a great work mentality as a full team, an amazing culture and a very modern approach to the workplace.
