What are co-workers like at Interaction Recruitment?

Pros

Some of the staff I started with were talented and friendly. However, the entire team of circa 10 had either left or been let go within the first 3 months

The owner has a highly abrasive style and can only be described as a bully. Most of he offices are dirty and extremely dated There is zero administrative or marketing support The payroll function is sloppy and aggressive leading to unhappy, incorrectly paid temps The systems and processes are awful and require a complete overhaul There is no team ethos or collaboration and people are played off against each other
