How are the career development opportunities at Ivy?

Pros

Cab facility, pay, cafeteria, payroll and HR team is good

Cons

No Team co operation, no job security, have to work for long hours, even after you work hard there won't be any recognition, lot of team politics, people are working there since yrs who won't allow others to excell or they don't get any help at any point in the project

Advice to Management

Pls take care of new joinees till they get familiar with ur company process

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at Ivy?

Pros

Offer excellent monetary compensation. Good lucrative and benefits. Free cab for pick up and drop to office.

Cons

Only good for experienced candidates already having technical knowledge in their domain. Not at all good for freshers as there is strictly no culture of training or guidance provided to graduates. The management expects fresh graduates to start delivering at par to senior engineers on the first day itself. Often times over-burden of work on employes, messing up work-life balance. No appreciation or recognition of hard work, as management merely treats the employees as resources and not living human beings.
