How do employees feel about the referral program at Ivy?

Pros

No Pros. All cons only

Cons

1. Management treats employees in a disrespectful way if they put down the resignation, But never tries to understand what made them to resign. 2. If any employee resigns, whatever the recent hikes given to the employee will be reverted. If an employee asks, HR management simply tells that it is an HR policy. 3. Management says that there is a referral bonus, but if you refer someone and if they get selected and completed probation, you have to chase HR for the ref bonus. They won't track the details. If you forget, simply HR will also forget.

Advice to Management

Change the HR/Management policies. Otherwise, you may lose good resources.

What is the salary like at Ivy?

Pros

Market level salary is provided and good amount of work from home allowance is given in this covid time.

Cons

Work load is very high. Have to work more than 11 hours everyday and even in weekends to finish the given tasks which management does not even care to recognize. Managers are here from more than 10 years. Thus no use of complaining to HR. No appreciation and recognition for hard working. Toxic work environment mostly due to bad management. People here ultimately quit just to get out from this company

Advice to Management

Please consider your employees as human and do not push so hard that they break.
