1. Great product 2. Good team 3. Demanding and Challenging Environment 4. Good policy (ex wfh, leave, pick and drop)
Cons
1. Less compensation compared to other product based company 2. Not much diversity, but company is expanding and are hiring more diverse people.
Advice to Management
1. Compensation should be par with other product-based companies specially competitors. 2. Hire more diverse set of people.

A lot of favouritism and nepotism - less opportunity for talented individuals. Most of them have left- including very senior folks. Terrible management and out dated seniors who have huge ego Very less to negligible hike Cost cutting and ill treatment of employees Unspeakable work culture with discrimination and harassment
