Does JLL offer parental leave?

Pros

4 day, 40 Hr work week, great pay for the work required, good benefits including 6 weeks paid paternity leave after 1 year at the company.

Cons

Poor communication from direct management. Expectations are very unclear along with escalation processes. Management also does not have their employees backs and will not support the techs to allow tasks to get completed. It is very deflating to have a plan of action just get shut down because management doesn't trust the employees to fulfill the task.

Advice to Management

Get a plan and stick to it. Stand up for YOUR employees, not others. Be a support team, not micro-management. Delegate tasks to the people under you so that you can complete your tasks as a manager. Fight for the employees under you that are trying to do the right thing.
