How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at Jameson Legal?

Pros

Collaborative and friendly environment; good career progression opportunities; excellent training and development; full administrative and IT resources that allow consultants to focus on generating businesses; agile and flexible working arrangements; competitive remuneration package

Cons

There is room for improvement as in any business but nothing that stands out

How are senior leaders perceived at Jameson Legal?

Pros

Atypical recruitment culture - KPIs aren't forced onto you, no overbearing senior management, you are treated as an adult. You're also given the freedom, time and trust to develop. Most guys either were ex-lawyers or studied law so that helps with the credibility of the company externally but also internally there is a lot of know-how. Social aspect is also a big element - often have weekly drinks (mostly paid for me the company) and the summer and Xmas parties are great.

Cons

No major cons that spring to mind.

Great team ethos; collaborative environment; great management; entrepreneurial mindsets encouraged; fantastic client and candidate network; transparent commission structure; user friendly database; full admin support; open minded to agile working.

What is the company culture like at Jameson Legal?
