What is the feeling of job security at Jessops?

Pros

Working with my store team was great and working with customers isn't all bad.

Cons

Higher management is awful, we never received stock for customers who ordered it, very in-secure job as many stores were closed with no notice.

Advice to Management

Get your stuff together. Listen to people lower down in the company who know what the stores need.
