How are senior leaders perceived at Juro?

Pros

Customers love the product. Product Design and Engineering are open to customer feedback, and release major improvements / updates frequently. The commercial side of the business does well to focus on Ideal Customer Profiles. The leadership team is mature for such a small / early-stage business - things are scrappy but not chaotic. Communication is open and honest. Remote work was an easy transition for the company, as everyone is driven and takes responsibility for their own deliverables. People team put effort into building culture and social activities. Kudos and progression are based on merit and achievement, not seniority or politics. An excellent place to grow your career.

Cons

Product is not perfect yet. A lot of processes are scrappy and not yet tied down. London and Riga offices feel fragmented. Dedication is needed, but this is NOT a culture of long hours for the sake of it.
