Does KAL offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Flexi-time; Overtime either paid or can be taken as extra time off; Great IT support. Some colleagues will go above and beyond to help.

Cons

Lack of support from line management. HR efforts to enforce beneficial measures or suggestions are often discarded in favour of the CEO's personal preferences and opinions, regardless of the employees' subject-matter expertise. This is very detrimental for the workforce, unfortunately creating often an unpleasant work environment. On a similar note, there is a lack of meritocracy. Any requests or policies are not enforced the same way for every employee, but seems to be based on personal sympathies.

Advice to Management

Do not wait for employees to complain, try and be more supportive.
