Lack of leadership, zero transparency, and culture. Sr leadership (principal) should be send to school/training on how to treat people in America? Few Directors should be taught life lessons such as ‘Treat your employees the way you want them to treat you’.

Be honest with employees. Establish diversity in leaders and support the ones that creates healthy culture. All good employees have left or were pushed out and then later hired as contractors. Have a vision don’t run after $. Growth from cost cutting is not true growth of company. Providing training to future managers is good if the same is promoted and practiced in company. Hope this helps! Bring the culture back to where it was a few years ago.
