How was the interview at Kairos Group?

Pros

The only good reason to work here is to get some experience on your CV. But it's not worth it.

Cons

The nature of the job being fast-paced, you have little work/life balance and you are expected to stay overtime and are frowned upon if you leave on time. The company is quite young and most of the cohort are very cliquey and gossip too much - to the point of bullying, this is incredibly immature and unprofessional. Worst of all, it goes unnoticed by the higher ups. There is a high turnover of staff, only showing furthermore that this company is no good to work for. They sell you a dream in the interview, but it's a total lie. If you aren't a favourite among the managers or directors, they totally disregard you and threaten dismissal.

Advice to Management

There is a lot to learn about professionalism and that by caring for your employees, they will be happy to give back more. The high turnover of staff is due to the job descriptions being inaccurate and the other staff's cliquey behaviour.
