Pros

You will be put onto projects which you are not competant enough on and forced to either sink or swim

Cons

- No one wants to help you swim. - Apparently the old management team was actually great but essentially all left at the same time, new management that replaced it was incompetant and almost our entire team has left now because of it. - No one listens to your feedback/concerns, and even worse, if you make any comments on management style they'll start questioning staff to find out who said it. - Management play the blame game at every opportunity - Staff turnover is insane because leadership focus on the money being generated over the wellbeing of teams - If you are not friends with someone senior, forget about being respected, management will treat you like a child. - They don't want to promote people because they know they'll have to pay you more. They were making up new KPI's to stop people from getting promoted - Basic pay is already bad - It was one of my worst experiences working at a company.

Advice to Management

Treat your people better. You apparently had a great team at one point and instead of building on that, you let it get run into the ground by horrible selfish management decisions. I feel sorry for the people still working there.

They don't want to promote people because they know they'll have to pay you more.
