How are senior leaders perceived at Kairos Group?

Pros

- Like others, I was given an amazing opportunity by the directors when I had little experience, and was accepted into a junior role that allowed me to gain the industry knowledge & experience required to progress incredibly quickly. - Despite growing exponentially since I joined almost two years ago, the huge scope for very fast personal growth at Kairos is still true today. If you excel in your role, you will be rewarded and recognised for it. -From the high profile and often exciting clients; to the creatively driven campaigns; to the passion, work ethic and determination of the senior management for Kairos to be a success - there's no shortage of inspiration to be found in the office pretty much on a daily basis. - Upper management are striving more than ever this year to ensure that they're putting employees first, with a big focus on mental health & wellbeing in the workplace - especially important as the work can be stressful depending on what team you are on. - I've been lucky to have the opportunity to travel to three countries abroad in the last year for Kairos. Trips and campaign events abroad aren't limited to just the directors & upper management, who actively encourage both junior management and executives to get out of the office and in front of clients wherever possible. - If you have drive, initiative & a 'can-do' attitude, Kairos is a company that you will very likely thrive in.

Cons

- Due to the nature of influencer marketing being somewhat 'always on', out of hours work is often to be expected on the campaigns / accounts team - especially with clients and influencers that are in different time zones. - Work (speaking from a position on the the campaigns / accounts team) can be stressful due to the level of interaction with clients and influencers, who can be difficult and frustrating to work with at times. - The company has grown and is growing at an incredibly fast rate, which does sometimes result in teething issues in processes and operations.

Advice to Management

Continue to listen to your employees; by placing trust in them they will return that trust.
