What is the hiring process like at Kaluza?

I've been working at Kaluza for over a year. They advertise their promotion process as lightweight and transparent but this the very opposite to what I have experienced. It was recognised over 6 months ago that I was ready for a promotion to a mid level engineer but this hasn't happened for a variety of reasons. My promotion doc has been reviewed 3 times and each time minor changes have been requested to layout/structure which I have completed immediately. There doesn't seem to be any indication of anything wrong with the content of the document. It is as though the company are purposefully delaying the promotion. I have spoken to other engineers in the company and they have a similar experience,

Advice to Management

Sort out your promotion process or you are going to be losing a lot of good engineers that are keen to develop.
