If I could give it minus stars I would. Confusion, nobody taking personal accountability, so so so many gaps in communication, nobody ever offers to help one another, dragged out restructures leaving people in limbo, money gets thrown at things, problems never get solved, makes all the noises to sound like they care about staff but they don't, no on-boarding process, no handover process or if there is it's only relevant to the people who worked in the company at the time when it was initiated and fell through the cracks in the meantime. All well and good housing loads of information online but if nobody gets on boarded properly what's the point! Under-resourced in some areas, over-resourced in other areas, complete culture of complaining. So many people lack confidence to actually do their job and hide behind confusing structure and lack of taking accountability.

I have no idea how you could solve that mess!

Great culture, highly inclusive. Decisions are well thought out and risks are considered. Substantial investment in systems and processes. Can be slow to act but Covid-19 in particular demonstrated an ability to be agile if needed. Salaries are good but benefits are very competitive and cast a wide net beyond share options and parental leave. Flexibility is focused on

Risk-aversion results in a sometimes slow to act business. This also can cause the business to hold back on social issues that might carry political risk. Can be difficult to move up as tenure tends to be quite long.

Can't move around within the business Pay bands are not available Manners and senior team get loads of bonus and increments

Take care of staff more collaboration required as it one ofn the goals.

Lack of training Poor recognition from management Retention of staff is poor meaning a lack of skill and handover

Poor feedback loop and retention of top talent. Too many comfortable middle managers not helping those below them upskill
