Pros

Benefits are fabulous, pension scheme good, free supplements, people are so nice, management are approachable and the whole company has an open door policy. Good communication throughout the company.

Cons

None that I have found yet apart from salary could be a tad better, don't you say that for every company you work for though?

Advice to Management

Keep the communication open, keep the open door policy. I think management have it sussed!

Pros

Lifeplus is full of happy, positive and supportive colleagues, especially my manager who has supported me from the moment I started and help me to grow and develop my skills. Through out my time at Lifeplus so far, I've been able to get involved in lots of different social activities from Team lunches and Macmillan Coffee morning to the amazing festive celebrations.

Cons

Sometimes it can get very busy - need a few more hours in the day sometimes!

There used to be many, but now not at all anymore.

Cons

High pressure, ridiculous bad decisions by clueless management with no work experience of its own. Continuous stress, ridiculous and contradictory business decisions that add to exorbitant pressure.

Advice to Management

Less greed, better planning will improve working conditions for everyone.

Pros

You can take call, if you like and get know Lifeplus products

Cons

Very poor and unprofessional management. No people management skill, no leadership skill. About 40% attrition rate. About 70% of the company comes from Germany. They work there mostly as call taking agents. Germans they very much support each other. If you are not German you will have less chance to progress in your career as you are excluded. As a non German you can be maximum a Team Leader if you build up good relationships. Very slow career progressing opportunities, take 2-3 year to be just a simple team leader. High Management is English, so as a European you have hardly any chance to be in Management. People who are training you developed several assessments. If you pass it you can get pay rise. However it's not easy to pass it as they have some questions which has nothing to do with your work. I suppose they don't have any more so much experience with agents every day work and they should update their knowledge in order to be able to put together proper assessment questions. I would not recommend to work at Lifeplus.

Advice to Management

Must value people with professional background and give chance to non native speaking English people as well

Very poor and unprofessional management.
