What kind of career opportunities exist at Lightfoot?

Pros

Lightfoot is a new business but has so much to offer, it is growing rapidly and I was able to see this happening from only two weeks spent with the company. As an intern they were keen to get me involved in all areas of the office so that I was able to get a lot from a small time with the company. There are so many wonderful employees from all areas of life that you are able to make connections with and learn from.

Cons

As a small company, there may be some areas which are yet to be developed but as the company grows the opportunities to build upon these areas of business increase.

Does Lightfoot have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

I worked at Lightfoot as an intern, this was my first time in an office environment and everybody was very supportive and welcoming. The office itself was an exciting space to work in. Even though I was there on an internship, I felt like I had to autonomy to control the project I was working on and felt that while I was there I was able to actually make a difference as a result of the support and guidance other employees gave me.

Cons

Location is out of city centre (still easily accessible by car)
