Does Little Dot Studios offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Good pay, my line producer friendly, easy offices to get to. Leave on time...

Cons

Some come across as very full of themselves, talking down to you and generally a very 'we are better than you' attitude (not all!). Timescale on some projects is shockingly rushed out the door, no quality control. Also, the open plan is bad....

Advice to Management

A bad line manager/producer will turn away good staff, the only people that will stay are those with no other options.

Leave on time...

Does Little Dot Studios offer a wellness program?

Pros

I have never worked somewhere with a leadership team who are so dedicated to making work a great place for their staff - the focus on doing things fairly, the focus on sustainability, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing, and getting staff feedback is incredible. Yes, we work hard but we are lucky enough to work with incredible clients, with a lovely bunch of people, and a caring leadership team. Little Dot empowers people- if you have an idea, they'll give you the tools to make it happen. Genuinely a fantastic bunch of inspiring people. And the new office is amazing!

Cons

We are working hard and fast, and that's because we are growing so quickly due to our success - but this is recognised by management and there is a huge focus on hiring. (I'd much rather work somewhere which is growing and therefore we're busy, rather than working hard because loads of people have been made redundant (Little Dot haven't made a single person redundant due to Covid, which is incredible).) There is a culture set from the leadership where they just don't switch off (even on holiday) which doesn't set a great example.
